EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and thought in the making of each piece here at Bohomia. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to return or exchange them, you can write to us at email@example.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the item. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange.
3. RETURN POLICY
Return of the product is eligible within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should be in unused condition with all the tags intact and in its original packaging including the dust bag if any. Amount will be refunded after the product is received and after checking the quality and usage of the product. For COD payments Rs 100 will be deducted towards processing of refund and transaction charges. For prepaid payments, refund will be processed through your original method payment. For COD payments, refunds will be processed through direct account transfer. Items purchased on any sale event are non returnable. Only replacement will be allowed in case of any defects. In the event product goes out of stock, purchase amount will be refunded.
4. WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

Return request is made outside the specified time frame
Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
5. HOW TO EXCHANGE?
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, our customer care representative will get in touch with you to inform you on the next steps regarding the return/exchange process.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver the exchanged product, Bohomia will take care of the shipping. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of being used will not be eligible for exchanges. Bohomia reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
