1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return of the product is eligible within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should be in unused condition with all the tags intact and in its original packaging including the dust bag if any. Kindly raise a return request by emailing or sending a message to the given contacts. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page, email to email@example.com or Whatsapp +919346156479.
Kindly proceed to send the product back at our warehouse at the following address given below.
Products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition.
The return packets should be strongly and appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Amount will be refunded after the product is received and after checking the quality and usage of the product. Refund will be processed only for prepaid orders via the payment method used while placing the order or via bank transfers. No refund will be processed for COD orders, instead a coupon code will be provided to be redeemed on next purchase.
Items purchased on any sale event are non returnable. Only replacement will be allowed in case of any defects or if wrong product has been sent. In the event the product goes out of stock, purchase amount will be refunded.
WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT. In case you have received a damaged or wrong product please notify us in 48 hours. For any other reason you will need to arrange for the return yourself.
Products purchased during ANY SALE is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can only exchange it with some other product or ask for a coupon code of the same value you have paid.
If we are arranging for the return pickup of the product, the courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our warehouse. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 7 working days upon receiving your order back at our warehouse.
Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR PRODUCT VALUE WHICH YOU CAN USE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ISSUANCE. NO REFUND ON COD ORDERS.
Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details.Bohomia reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
